There were other books, however, with worksheets that I wish had been offered with this book, such as a budget. I went to Barnes and Noble and compared this book with several others, eventually deciding on this one for my kindle and using some pages from other books that had physical worksheets.

There are typical getting-to-know you questions, but for most part these are questions for people seriously moving towards marriage. My fiance and I read the book before I became engaged. Since we are a long distance, it gave us something to Skype about every night. Questions prepare for finances, sexual choices, children and parenting, difficult intimacy and more. Some questions are more difficult or in-depth than others. Beautiful conversations spark off with amazing Sparks. A great book for a serious couple!

This book has posed a lot of questions for my fiance and I.E. i Got it to know my fiance better before I married him. It has helped clear the air on some things, but some of the questions are repeated and obviously something that couples already go through.

This was one of two books I ordered on this subject and this was the most comprehensive by far! Dicusses child rearing, what part of religion is expected to play in your lives, where holidays, vacations plans, finances... There is also a section on the special situation, such as if your spouse is in the military, a non-citizen, a criminal, a celebrity, or is much older or younger than you. These are difficult questions that are likely not casually overlooked and are often come up.

Book is great! I am in a relationship that seems to be moving quickly toward marriage, but since I am only married once, I figured out how to get it better! Many of the early questions in the book are things that my bf and I have discussed, but it felt good to have the confirmation that we are on the right track in what we are sharing and asking. Afterwards, there are questions that I assume don 't often come up in regular conversation, but are important to know. There are then some questions that may even be uncomfortable to discuss in a regular conversation, but are important to bring up. It covers a wide variety of topics really. Once we finish the book, I feel more comfortable that we have covered all the bases.
