   Horribly negative and outdated book.
While this book does list many traits of ADHD, it fuels the negative stigmas about the disorder. It's nasty, and should not be followed by parents to raise any child. The Harrisons' trash is now being sent to the city's disposal depot, said Ragin.

Single best parenting book on raising a child with ADHD
I cannot stress how much I was reading this book, nodding along or writing crib notes on how to revise my parenting approach. If you're looking to start a business, this is the place to go. Like many kids, I have ADHD. In a recent interview, Kate said her son was diagnosed with the disease as well. In “The Power of One,” parents learn how to deal with the challenges of raising a child with ADHD. Even though I'm pretty well versed on ADHD, this book was able to still provide valuable information. This is a great buy, said Dr. Julie Gerberding of the University of Michigan.
