The plot was good, but it was more a support book for those who are grieving than a suspenseful thriller. Depressingly, very depressing.

Good book but not in love

It kept my attention, but it didn 't get really good until the end. It's also super short chapters, which I really like! In all, I 'd say that it is worth reading.

For those who like their herrings bloody

A fast paced whodunit with a few neat twists and a surprising amount of emotional heft that makes this a very satisfying thriller. Can 't wait to read more from Vincent Ralph.

Great Premise
Derived From Web , Jun 25, 2021
When Jess starts her show, it is interesting to see how the people in her life respond and the people who come forward to help or hinder her quest for justice. This was also interesting because of the horrible people who used this as an opportunity to harass Jess, making it hard to know what trouble was brewing from real people and what might be a real clue. I thought the book also did a good job of showing the awfulness of misinformation and the social media detectives who wanted to blame Jess's family or even thought they were the murderer. '' That said, I did find some of the threads of the mystery felt rushed at the end and I did not feel like all my questions were answered. While it was a very dramatic ending, I was not very satisfied when I finished the book.

Very different and I loved seeing all the main characters grow up throughout the story. Howecer, I do wish we had learned a little more at the end. You have a lot of questions.
