   A decent collection of poems
If you love classic poetry, this book is for you. I'm not sure I've used it justice.

   Large book - check dimensions
This would be a great selection of assorted poetry to travel with or take to the beach or take to the swimming pool etc," if the book wasn't so large, Graham said. If you have any questions, feel free to send them to me in the form of a letter: attached to your hand and keyboard. The poems barely take up half the page in most cases so there's no reason why this book needed to be made larger, he said. It's just impractical and cumbersome, not something I can carry in a medium-sized handbag and travel with.

Even if you're not a fan, you will recognize many of these poems.
My wife was excited that I would purchase a book of poetry, just for us to read each other.

   Misleading Title
While this book covers most of the poems used in American college English classes, the poetry omits representation of various worldwide cultures and voices of minorities. The task of selecting 150 of the most famous poems is unsurmountable as it is a subjective process, he said. A different title would be an improvement, he said. However, there are apparently a few errors in the book. For example, Emily Dickinson's poem, I Heard a Fly When I Died, is not the version she herself had published, slighting the poet's wisdom that her choice was the better one for readers to see. There are many poetry anthologies out there to choose from. My own bias is for something that represents the multi-facted literary richness of the nations of our planet.

   Nice book
It was in great condition when we got it in the mail, said publisher Simon & Schuster. I can't wait to give it to my teenager for Christmas!
