I love 180 days of math
Derived From Web , May 24, 2022
I love math : 180 days of solitude. My son is finishing kindergarten and starting on the 2nd grade math level. We also supplement with great things, but this is a supplement book. It also comes with a CD, so that you can print extra for your other children.

Highly highly Recommend for all homeschool parents!
Derived From Web , Aug 21, 2020
I homeschool my children and recently heard about these 180 days of books on which I just had to get my hands. Being a stay at home - mother - teacher influencer and more makes it difficult at times to shuffle everything and not get things disorganised... well i beleive this is the solution... easy peasey lemon squeezy! Daily, 1 lesson out of each book. Easy to plan, easy to get confused on the kids, and really there is no way to get confused with this curriculum. If there are dr appointments the following day, just do 2 and there is no way to get behind or confused. This also comes with a CD to help, and is just amazing, and I recommend this for all homeschool moms, dads, grandparents, etc. This is also great for tutoring or after school activities at home. This is very easy to learn and helps you as well. I highly recommend! ''

Too easy for second grade
Derived From Web , Jun 23, 2019
I liked the fact that there are plenty of word problems to help strengthen reading skills in a child who is struggling with reading. But the problems are waaayy to easy for the second grade, it is more like an early first grade book. It is also more or less a test book, you will need to do the teaching as you go along, since there are no examples available.

Ordered it late, but love it
Derived From Web , May 4, 2019
The students love it and I find it useful to teach mini-lessons when we hit concepts they don 't know yet. It is especially helpful, since I am in a bilingual classroom, because I can also teach vocabulary. This class enjoys the challenge and the feedback.

Excellent teaching aid for self-directed homework
Derived From Web , Mar 10, 2019
My children easily tackle these exercises because they are well laid out, not too overbearing and at an appropriate level. I think they could be improved by having short paragraphs aimed at the parent, they could teach us to teach some concept, for example, how to explain the reduction of fractions that 24 is the same as 12? But overall, I highly recommend these books.

We are super pleased with this purchase
Derived From Web , Jul 23, 2018
We bought this book to help our daughter prepare for the 2nd grade. This book is simple yet challenging enough for her to work on her own problems. Each page is getting harder, but I don 't think our daughter notices. She learned a lot from the book and is continually learning. We are super happy with this purchase. I recommend this to parents who want to prepare their kids or just need a little more practice.

Mom of 2 boys who enjoy math
Derived From Web , Jul 20, 2018
I love the workbooks for 180 days. I noticed that my second grader had some worksheets from this exact workbook for homework at the end of the school year. So I bought the first and second math books for my boys to work on during the summer break. My 8 year old is also doing the 2nd grade as a refresher. I feel for him that I can not move to the 3rd grade because they changed the way math is taught. I love the books and I know that teachers use it so that I continue to use 180 days for my boys. Challenging : A little expensive, but I suppose worth it. It is a thick book. Also, answer the key at the end of the book.

This is a TEST workbook!
Derived From Web , Jan 12, 2017
It covers a lot of helpful advice. There is a CD. • There are only 8 questions for each test, which I like because it keeps it simple. The grading system is super easy and encouraging for kids. Cons : Some of the wording is unnecessary. I did not know that it was more of a test book. •There is no such thing as how to do it... practiceshow your work here... • I have to get another actual math book and use it as a daily test book. I've homeschooled my children, *fyi. I would recommend this book, just to make sure that your child is indeed learning the necessary math.
