Introduces basic science concepts.
Derived From Web , Jul 23, 2021
We started just a few of these workbooks for my 5 year old son. I would say that they are fine for the age they are. You can’t start by assuming that children have a base of knowledge, which is most reviewers. It is simple, but it is for young children. It is black and white because it is a $10 book. This is a scientific book to introduce basic concepts to kindergarteners. If that is what you are looking for, you will like this book.

Lessons.
Derived From Web , Feb 25, 2020
Good information, but not enough questions for the reinforcement of information, I feel like. Further reading in the series, the books continue like this. I thought it would be small because of the grade K, but no, even when looking at much later grades, they ask only a few questions per lesson. Lessons are way to good for later grades, but small info and ok for K. And I would give the same rating to all 180 days books.

NO CD and NO digital worksheets
Derived From Web , Nov 5, 2019
The buyers should be aware that this book does not come with CD. The digital files include only things such as rubbings and analysis sheets. I greatly prefer old books, which come with a CD that has included all the worksheets in the books. Now they not only eliminate the CD, but also remove the practice worksheets in the digital files. I am also very disappointed. Without the other worksheets, which you can print in color or black and white, I am not sure how I will continue to buy the digital books in this series.

It’s not complete, but it’s ok.
Derived From Web , Aug 31, 2019
Not a huge downfall. This is not a curriculum for all science. If you are using this for the homeschool, you will need to supplement with lots. I take each lesson and expand the lesson. Including manipulatives, books and videos. With that said, it does provide the teacher with a basis to expand a science lesson.

Highly recommend!

I use these 180 - days-workbooks to homeschool my daughter. She is very receptive to the way the work is done and learns from it very well. We will probably use these workbooks in the coming years!

No Disk!!!! Not Printable!!!?
Derived From Web , Sep 27, 2018
This book does not contain a disk with printable practice pages, like the other two books I ordered from the company. The Customer Service has so far proved very unhelpful. May not continue to purchase from them, as the technical issues are greatly interfering with the quality and satisfaction of the product. The digital resources they are moving towards '' are not working for this homeschooling mom.

Good but could be better

The appropriate information and age is great. Wish it had tests and the pages were in color. Like that, the pages fall out. I'm not sure that I would use this series again.
