   Simple
Overall, I'm a big fan of the Harry Potter series. Easy to use, the products are priced at $399. Like many reviewers, I found the book to be mostly accurate, although there were some typos and the information was quite vague. The pages are not overwhelming for the kids and we usually end up doing about three pages per day, he said. I started with science and have since ordered geography because these are working so well, Mr. Dhaliwal said.

   Not very useful
Homeschooling my children has been a joy. I was hoping we could use this book as a guideline jumping off point. I'm not really sure what would be used of them, Mr. Dhaliwal said.

   Boring
The first thing I noticed was that the pages were all black and white. The book is being published by Science Press. Not exactly what I expected, but I didn't expect one page per day. The lessons are very basic, even for the most advanced students. And, for the record, we have more color. Hands-on activities. That is, more than one page per day. Just about everything about this suit is wrong, even though the women are all very good. I purchased this book as a test book to see if I would purchase other workbooks. It's too early to say whether I will replace the old textbooks with new ones, but I think I will look elsewhere for those with a little more oomph.

Engaging, well-rounded, and easy to use
Good to hear from you, Mr. Rule told the judge. This is, however, not a standalone science curriculum. Even if it were true, you would be missing quite a bit in biology and earth science. It also includes worksheets on life cycles, magnets, force, simple astronomy, seasons, etc. If you're looking for some engaging, no-prep, 15-minute worksheets to add to an existing science curriculum, then this is an excellent resource.

   Ok, but not my favorite
Things we like: Easy passages for my struggling reader. Each day we spend about 15 minutes on each worksheet, so you have to find work related to each topic, Mr. Dhaliwal said. We wish there were more activities to go along with the Overall, but as far as a comprehensive understanding of topics its lacking. I am not sure if i will be purchasing this again next year.

   Finally a curriculum that works!
Love the whole thing, Mary. Homeschooler Jennette Tamayo, of Tracy, Calif., homeschools her 3rd grader and has 5 core subjects. The assignments are well thought out and meet all test standards, he said. Now my son is doing double the work. Thanks so much for this curriculum!!!!!!!!!

   Not bad. Not great.
Not bad, said Dr. Goin. Jason Kiddo would breeze through it. He did not seem to be at 3rd grade level and jumped around a bit. Not for cohesive lessons meant to lead into one another, and a whole lot of multiple choice, he said. It wasn't the worst thing I have ever seen, but multiple choices lets the kids fake knowing rather than actually telling you what they know, Mr. Booher said. This is a problem when you're trying to use worksheets to help show that your child has learned something.

   Great For Homeschool
It has day to day work and a cd player to use. While still teaching what has to be taught, these books are perfect, Graham said.

   Great for homeschool!
The book is split into three 12-week courses for life science, physical science and earth and space science. It's one page per day, and I usually try to find a video that relates to each lesson. It's great for homeschoolers, Rosa said.
