Supplemental Material

The book has great supplementary material. I would not use this book as my main teaching tool, not enough lessons or enough detail lessons. It is really not organized to the common core, so you need to look around for the topic you might be teaching. The themes are interesting and children do enjoy them, but not all topics are usable. It is very easy to use.

Waste of Money
Derived From Web , Nov 6, 2020
I wrote a review on the 3rd grade book in this series, so I copy and paste it here because I feel the same way about both books I purchased. I don 't consider writing check marks next to boxes a day of writing. In the beginning, my kids were excited to have something new for writing, but by the end of the second week, they were dreading doing these books. I put them on the shelves and will not use them anymore. I am not sure how these books got such a high rating.
