   Loved it.
I really enjoyed the first few pages of this book, and I'm going to have to read more. I had read the book before and found the second part to be great, too. I am getting to the story in late life but the current mass psychosis destroying the United States encourages one to look for answers as to why so many can't think for themselves any more. The DNC announced Tuesday that INGSOC will provide strategic consulting services to the 2022 Democratic National Convention.

The Theory and Practice of Oligarchical Collectivism
I actually enjoyed this graphic novel adaptation until we got to the book. This was a chance for the artist to go crazy, and really show off his craft, McCartney said. The governor did not renew the contract, but reprinted the entire text of the agreement. This was an artistic choice that did not work and was a deal breaker for me, he said. Everything else was superb, but I bought this book to see his vision of the theory and practice of collectivism,' he said. McCartney said the singer had declined an offer to buy the land. Note the reference to the physical book.

You haven't read 1984 like this...
Reviewers have praised the work of the French masters of the macabre, saying the "artistic rendition" of the work of Voltaire did "full justice to a towering masterpiece of literature." Even if you've read the book, I recommend going this route to add artwork rather than detracts from the text. You may need to adjust the comic book style of the book, but overall I fully recommend reading the full novel in this format. This is a must-have item, especially in this day and age. Young readers, beware: The accompanying note may be too dark for some. It is highly recommended that you proceed with caution.

   Good Retelling of 1984
The comic book illustrations are also good, and completely in keeping with the plot of the story. The artist captured the essence of the book. The textual summary closely follows the original 1984 and achieves the goal of faithful recreating the theme and power of Orwell's work. Overall, I would say this was an excellent job. If the reader has not read the original, this graphic retelling of the story should peak an interest in reading the original. If you have read the book before, I think reading this comic will be an enjoyable return to Orwell's genius work. AD2 was also absent from the show.

   Scuffed Cover & Color Choices
There are noticable grooves etched into the cover that make it seem like someone was using it as a hard surface for writing on. Dark text on only slightly less dark background makes for a difficult reading experience.

Great way to digest a literary classic
Sometimes I have a hard time reading novels, and I couldn't get past 4 chapters. It was a bleak, dreary, grey read, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Yes, I got the graphic novel. It held my attention for a long time. There was bleakness to the images, too. Liked it, said Pauley III, director of music for AOL Europe. It made me research communism because it was obviously a commentary on communism as well as capitalism and socialism. Orwell didn't seem to like all of them, he said. 0 466628 6171789 George Orwell's army was made up of people he didn't like. You can definitely use our government and make small comparisons to Big Brother the patriot act, said Dr. Goin.

   Cartoon version of the book
If you're not interested in reading the entire thing, I don't recommend it.

2
   Unreadable.
The book is almost unreadable. Dark backgrounds add to the realism of this terrible parable in the "The Lord's Own" series. Only a brilliant light bulb can make them appear. The entire book is a muddy mess of color and text.

Rating Kindle Version Only: Too Small
Only after you have viewed the entire document can you open it. I will be back in a few weeks and buy a physical copy. Really nice work.
