Lovely book, but not for me

It is filled with bright photographs and drawings and beautiful colors. I was, however, looking for something with more things to do and not so much reading. Don 't get me wrong, I am an avid reader. This is generally not the type of book that I just read. For this reason, I return it.

Good book but a little bit of the corner of the book I received was torn.

I received the book on November 8 and ordered it here in NZ on November 18. I got this book in an Amazon box, with another book, so that I am as good . I think that they should have wrapped it up in bubblewrap, however, as the box was too big for the books. This caused the books to move around inside the box, which may have caused the torn corner of this book. If it were not for the torn corner I would have given it 5 stars. I expected to receive a new brand item. It also looks a little bit worn out because the corners have either been pinched or torn. About the book itself, it seems to be a interesting book with lots of paper goodies! It is indeed worth purchasing, especially for those who are into journaling or doing arts and crafts.

Such a cool, quirky book!

I love that there are things to fill and poke in envelopes and take them to share and share. It is great and also kind of like a journal and also has some crafty articles there to read as well. I bought one for myself and then decided to buy one for a swapping friend of mine, too.

Great Activity Book With Many Topics

Book of activities with many topics : I love to keep all the different activities active as you progress through the book. I shaved a star because of the adhesive they used for the Joy of One Thing at a Time notebook on page 17. I have never seen that clear goopy paper bleed through paper before, but it has here and damaged the little notebook. This is not a one-off on this either. It has done this in others of the same book. They need to attach this I issue and use another temporary adhesive to fix this little notebook. The attachments and other goodies in this book make it come alive and makes you feel happy to use it immediately. There is a lettering section, soul searching sections, encouragements, spurs you to write, a self-kindness writing exercise, mindfulness and the list goes on. It has just about everything to get your juices going for self-discovery and more.

All the ones I ordered were like new and so were the workbooks, papers, journals and activities in perfect condition. A super interactive book that contains 2 journals, 16 postcards, 40 stickers, punch outs, posters, fill-in lists and more according to the authors. YES- it's chock full of activity! Take time and enjoy life and buy this book and enjoy it for that creative person you know will enjoy “unhurried adventures in creative mindfulness â€. I know that I love it!
