Nothing about the class made any sense so I bought the Short and Happy Guide and taught it to myself
The class was terrible, and I bought the Short and Happy Guide. If you have Barbri access, you can apparently have lectures for free, she said. If anyone ever meets this amazing woman, please send her your gratitude.

   Helpful!!
Television images could not be loaded. I think it made a very clear picture of the basics without treating you like an advanced lawyer, he said.

   It saved me
It truly saved me in Property, he said. Although I didn't get the grade I wanted, the fact is, the grade I received wouldn't have been possible without this book. It's straight to the point without all the extra fluff.

   huge letdown
The happy guides haven't let me down for contracts or con law, but it needs more details for property, Mr G.O'Neill said. The kindle version has typos, which is disappointing. The happy guides are great for rounding out basic understanding but this is more of an overview and doesn't give the foundation that the other guides do. They are so much better than us, Mr. D'Antonio said.

   LIFE SAVER
I recommend this book to anyone and everyone who is learning about property rights. The best part is that Paula also teaches the barbri class so the short and happy coincide with the barbri videos!

   Not what I expected
All the books are based on a Barbri recommendation. The book is disorganized and the concepts are not elaborated on enough to make them useful, it says. If you are going to get into a courtroom, you may as well get off a legal outline from another source.

   Clarifies and simplifies complex subject
Even with time, complicated property laws often thwart the growth of legitimate businesses.

   Best Property Supplement Ever
This supplement is one of the very few things that has managed to get through my property class this semester. Although my professor is incredible, the Short and Happy Guide puts everything into bright line. He also criticized Franzese's approach to the problem of validating life's boundaries. It would have been nice for her to discuss that method for creating the RAP, too, said Gammerman. The book bindings are so terrible, I almost fell over. The end portion of my book, starting with the Land Transactions section, has started to come unglued from the cover. Neither of these complaints are truly worth docking any stars from this product, industry observers say. If you are taking property, I cannot recommend this supplement enough.

Super helpful in understanding (almost) all aspects of property for ...
Great teacher, really helpful in all aspects of property. Franzese is a great teacher, and her lectures are fun and easy to understand, Morgenthau said. In fact, I would have liked to have seen more of the book, Mr. Caramore said.
