Even though I feel attacked by that ending, this is my favorite of the series so far. I always appreciate good character growth, and that's what Hades and Persephone have done. I loved the slow tension of the first book and the overwhelming angst of the second but I also love that this book moved past all that into a new phase and did not drag out the angst. This book allowed the characters to grow as individuals and together and that is what an engaging story like this can do. I can't wait for more from this series. It is addictive and just my kind of reading.

Just when I thought I couldn’t love this series more...

We' re back with our favorite power couple. I thought I couldn't love this series anymore. I read something. I couldn't bring it down. From the beginning to the end, it is riveting. The world gets bigger as the stakes are higher and the romance is hotter. We realize that we haven't even skimmed the surface of the power of the gods, and I'm so excited to see them grow. Drop what you are doing and read the series now.

A Touch of Malice is the next step in the story. The book depicts personal growth, self acceptance and love, and the struggles of grief. There are more spicy scenes we love because of the emotional development within the relationship. I can't wait to see what the next series has in store.
