   Self-Care is so important especially in these times - I ordered it for my team at work

   Very helpful book for anyone, but especially if you are struggling with grief.
There are a number of helpful ideas floating around the office that day. As I struggle through the process of grief and rebuilding my life, this book has been helpful in bringing me back to reality and the things that are going well in my life, she said.

   It’s okay
It's great to hear suggestions of self-care, but it's not as motivating as I hoped. It's hard to keep up on it sometimes and other times I forget which self-care thing I am even working on. What's great about the book is that it's about reflections, not trying experiences.
