I was worried when I read this book that it would be a ruse to get my child to follow liberal ideals. It did mention a few things about the marches. There is no telling children what to think. It's not bad if you give it a read before handing it over to your kid.

A great graphic novel! My 7 and 9 year olds loved it. I did the same. The reader learns about democracy and how to make things better for others. It's a great read. Highly recommend. There's a bonus recipe for mint chocolate chip in the back of the book.
