These are so fun to read and inspire at the same time! My daughter, who is 11, looks forward to reading a new card each morning. Some of the expletives are bleeped out, but there are some that are just plain offensive. I think they build her confidence level in a positive way and I'm really glad I purchased them, she said.

These are slightly snarky yet still sincere versions of affirmation cards. The book also includes fun drawings by illustrators who created some of the most memorable lines. Good for ages 14 to 64, and for those who have not completed high school. It's a good present for someone else or yourself.

This deck has a great concept of combining humor and positive affirmations. It may work well for other folks, but the language is not what I use or what I'd use in my readings with clients, Raymond said. The stock card is very flimsy—not terrible, but wouldn't hold up with frequent use. I am returning them because they just do not resonate with my reading style.

I bought a few of these affirmation cards to give to my friends for valentine's day. I bought the original, the love and relationship, and the work. I really liked the pictures, the two said. I would say my favourite is the work that is relevant to me at the moment, as most of them are. The original was a smash. The impact of natural-gas shortages "is relevant to almost everyone," Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham warned yesterday. The love and relationship one was too cute but I would choose the other two over this one. I thought these were so universal, so I gave one of the ones to a friend who is a guy. However, it seems like it would be more for women since the illustrations only include women. I would like to see more description of this item on the seller's page.

I love the matching envelopes, Melissa said. I worked direct care in kid's crisis mental health and would use these to open up our first group. At one point I realized there were a couple censorable words on them but I just used them with teens after that. I keep them in my self-care drawer at my office job and use them when I need a pick me up!
