When a Shocking Scandal Exposes Southern Secrets .

As the blazing heat of summer gives way to sultry September, a shroud of suspicion settles over Noble's Crossing, a sleepy Alabama town. Nothing is as it seems-and never will be again. Lane Noble Graham stands accused of murdering her ex-husband. And the one man who can help, Johnny Mack Cahill, vowed never to return to the town that scorned him-or the woman whose love he knew he didn't deserve.

. No One Is Safe from Cold-Blooded Murder

From the rusted-out trailers on the wrong side of the river to the stately pillared mansions along Magnolia Avenue, everybody has something to hide-but one secret could make Lane and Johnny Mack the next targets of a twisted killer, who's struck once and is bent on striking again .

   vamp life all the way
It came in good condition for it to be used its great book I read book 1 and 2 its easy to get sucked in.
More of a Young teen book
This book is like when teenage girls meet mean vamps. A good read, but targeted at young people.
Book 3 of the Vamps series
In it, there are several big surprises. I can 't wait for the next book to see what happens next!
   Very good
Couldn't put it down, however i thought this was the last in the series. It seeems that I am mistaken. i look forward to others and hope that they are just as good.
Not only does this book seems to leave half the story, but then ends with a cliff hanger and Collins hasn't written any more to the series. It left out a lot of interactions with other characters that could have expanded the story line and seemed to concentrate more on Cally's growing vanity and selfishness and on Lilith's budding career.
