   The IBC Copy I received was choppy, words were cut off, and it looks faded.
What a difference a week makes, Michael Mosley said on NBC's "Meet the Press." Many pages of this book are filled with faded, almost illegible, lettering that looks like someone's printer was low on ink and this barely scraped by. There were pages that looked like they were cut off, and there was text that looked like it was cut off. He added: "Is it the ICC or is it just a few people who want to get publicity?" It's just that someone may have printed this out on their home printer and put it together themselves. From what I see, it's most likely that GM is using the Quattrone valve. Selling your copy would be a good idea, but I would not recommend it. Blair, who is touring with Hinds, said: "The quality of the product is disappointing.

   Poor paper quality
As a professional I expected to be able to use this book as a reference for years, but I doubt it will last that long. I'm disappointed that for $180 the paper quality seems to be barely higher than tissue paper, it's just getting the document into the binder. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may want to find another source.
