   Compared to the other easy guitar books that Alfred's has come out with this ...
Compared to the other easy guitar books that Alfred has come out with this one it is just not as good. It may be that you can only rewrite the songs to make them easier. As a fan of Alfred books, I would say pass on this one. You will be disappointed.

   Waste of money!!!
The song arrangement is very poor. I spent a little time going through it. I did not find a song that I would play again. What a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Not impressed
I am not impressed with the song choices nor the arrangements - very few of my students actually play.

   Large variety, good for beginners
Here is a good mix of music, with somewhat simple arranging. With a genre and decade of work like this, you 'll probably have a few songs that you are not fond of, but it is great for beginners with a small amount of music. Where else can you jump right from Over the Rainbow to the song of Frozen to paint it black and finish with Rocky Mountain High? There are also tabs for the chords and the overall melody, which is much appreciated.
