A Beautiful Book with Wonderful Recipes
Derived From Web , Jan 13, 2022
Not only is it beautiful, but the recipes and methods are genius, and I love everything I made. The shortcrust pastry is what I made the most. I have used it for so many delicious meals, snacks and desserts. I got mine for a gift from my boys, and I love it so much that I got one for my daughter in law, who also loves it.

Love this cookbook!
Derived From Web , Dec 24, 2021
Wow, what a great cookbook! I always lean towards spooky baking and Amazon suggested this title in a savory way to me. So far I have made the fish pie, hazelnut, celery root and kale muffins and the squash and pumpkin seed pie... I can 't wait to try more recipes, because they seem to be plentiful both in vegetable centric and in meat centric bakes. There are even two recipes with kangaroo and Wallaby... Don 't worry, you can substitute beef for those if you don 't have a roo handy. I enjoyed this book so much that I went out and purchased his other cookbook.

It is a great follower of the Tivoli Road Baker, which is also an exceptional cookbook. Highly recommended getting both!
