   informative, charming
1001 bees is a nonfiction book that gives readers an inside look at bees, as well as other creatures. It starts with bees and how they work. The bees pass over flowers, wetlands, wheat fields and trees as they fly away. The page is full of facts that are easy to understand. The factoids and illustrations have personality and movement. This should appeal to children as young as 8.
