   Cover torn in the corner
The cover of the book was torn. Send it back and rearrange it. The book was torn in the corner. We kept the book because the kids didn't want to send it back again.

   Must Own If You Have AChild In The Home
These books will be a hit if you have a child under the age of 10 in your life. On the 1,000th read, my son loved them as much as he did on the first.

   BIG collection of classic Elephant and Piggie books
The Elephant and Piggie stories are modern classics. The series is the gateway drug to literacy, and I worked for many years as a children's librarian. I bought three volumes for our roofer to give to his children. It's convenient to have five books in a single volume, but each one is heavy and intimidating for small hands, and may be hard to hold. Five stars, definitely, for this superb series, but consider purchasing the original, separate copies for young readers, instead of the thick collections.

   Horrible binding, reinforce it yourself
We ordered all the books. We got them all, from Biggie to Biggie, Biggie and they all were inadequately bound. The cover tore off the books as they all were barely adhering to the hardboard and paper. The binding method works for mod children's books without a lot of pages or weight, but isn't adjusted for the thickness and heft of these books. My child loves them. He likes the books. We had to fix every one of them. If you can, use book repairbinding tape on the inside and outside of the book to reinforce it. You will be grateful.

This was the second volume of the piggie books our grandson had. The first one is falling apart because he loves it so much.

   Perfect for boys AND girls
I wish I'd discovered them sooner. My daughter likes these books. We were buying each story individually until I discovered the bigger multi story version. This is a good value for money. Would be a great gift. If you buy volume 1 and 2, the binding will make a picture when placed side by side on her bookcase, which is adorable. I hope for a volume 3 soon. There are a lot of great stories about friendship.

   My kids LOVE it!
My kids like this book. My kids like all of the books by Mo Willems. They don't like books and multi volumes like this, so I thought they wouldn't like the digestive as much. They absolutely adore it and I was wrong. They want me to read it from cover to cover every time we sit down, that's the problem.    7-Year-Old Daughter LOVES This Book!
I bought this as a gift for my daughter's 7th birthday because she had Elephant and Piggie Biggie Volume 1. My daughter adores the stories in the second volume. She keeps the Biggie books next to her bed so we can read them before we go to sleep. It's highly recommended for kindergarten through 2nd graders who are working on their reading skills. If you've never read the Elephant and Piggie stories before, you'll love them because they're funny and interesting without being boring to read with your kids. I've become a fan of Elephant and Piggie with my child.

   These books are OUTSTANDING
These books are designed to help young readers learn to read. Simple words, concepts, repetition and avoidance of higher concepts make them easier to understand. They have helped my 4 year old progress. The characters are endearing, the stories are funny, and the illustrations are tight. No corners are cut here. It's a good deal to get 5 of the books together for $15, since the individual books retail for $10 each. The only downside is that it is heavier for small hands, but the value is great.

   We love Elephant and Piggy!
We were fans of elephants and pigs. My 8 year old loves to read. He reads them to his little sister. The stories have me cracking up. We are big fans of Mo Willems. He knows how to write funny and clever stories, even with words that are easy to understand for a beginning reader. I love this collection.
