No I am not really OK, but now I have hope!
This book was so eye opening to all the aspects of our health, emotional, physical and mental well-being, Cheri said. Many of the things that get pushed aside that we experience in life, and we never really deal with it. Debra Fileta shows you how to dive deep and really soul search by visualizing what you're holding onto in your mind and heart. Healthy people make healthy relationships happen, he said. At the end of each chapter, we are asked several questions to help with processing our own journey. Is this really OK?

   Life-Changing!!! A MUST READ!!!
Is there anything wrong with you? It is not a question we ask ourselves and each other and we think about the question before we answer it. She breaks each section down into emotional, spiritual, and physical health. At the end of each chapter, there are journal questions where you actually put the words into practice and started doing the work. She also emphasized that being healthy is not just about having a healthy diet or exercise regimen. In this book, Debra touches on how we process trauma and experiences, and how we think, feel, and communicate with ourselves, others, even our relationship with God. Anyone who wants to look at theirselves, continue to dig deep, and work hard toward being not just the best, but ultimately the healthiest version of themselves mind, soul, body, and spirit.

Raw, Real, Deep Look at Yourself
I have already given my first copy of the book away to someone who is struggling because this book is that good, Sosa said. The book has started the process of healing from past hurts and trauma. It's a book that you read as an internal checkup for yourself, repeatedly. I thought I was doing well and had healed from my past, he said. In reality, I'd been lying to myself for years. It felt like I was sitting down with Debra for a counseling session and she asked me to be honest with myself, she said. You will have to do the hard work of letting go of your walls and taking a deep look at your life, environment, and relationships. It was a very well-rounded holistic health checkup, he said. She used her personal example to help others. It's a very deep book that can improve your life, Harrison said. Buy a copy today for yourself and all of your friends.

   Great book
I personally deal with depression on a regular basis and having this book well, it's like having your own counselor or life coach. It's a great book, full of questions you have to get real and not hide. D has a way of writing that makes you feel as though you're sitting on your couch and hanging out with your friends. If you or anyone you know has depression or anxiety, I suggest you grab this book! It's great to be back home, said Blair.

During stressful times like these, it is a good idea to ask: How well am I doing, really?
In the journey of personal growth, understanding and discovery are essential to build healthy lives encompassing all dimensions of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. In her new book, Are You Really OK?, Whitney also tells the story of a troubled teenager who was sent to the hospital after a suicide attempt. She says, "Dig deeper and become aware of areas in our lives in need of intentional work which leads to improved overall health, better relationships and thriving lives." We embark on this important journey under the guidance of a trustworthy and experienced counselor, and alongside many others who are pursuing better health, fulfillment and worthwhile living, Morgenthau said.
