Atlas Of The World: Twenty-Eighth Edition is 448 pages long.
changes in country boundaries

The product is heavy, but very attractive and the orientations are changing so that I can just turn the book on a surface and put pages, I may have to put the whole heavy book on a side. Other very large and heavy books are oriented only in portrait. It would take some work to do. Perhaps lighter paper is heavier on the weight.

As I recall, this Atlas was printed in 2021, and if correct, the reader has access to the new nations, including Ukraine.

Everyone needs an atlas.

Looking for maps on the internet will never replace a big, heavy, high-quality album in your hands. The fact that this is updated every year, is a plus. The layout and the extra info are great. Binding appears to be durable. I took a star because the darker shades of high altitude areas are too dark and make it difficult to read the text. Otherwise, highly recommended ''.

The density of place names on these maps is much too high. Too much map detail is obscured by the names from which you can glean little other than they exist. A great disappointment.
