   One of the best books I have read in quite awhile
I listened to this book on audio first and then knew I had to own it for later reference. This book makes so much sense and really helped me remove the garbage in my head about go big or go home when it comes to self improvement. I have recommended it to every one I know and they are all telling me they love it too. I gave it to my 22 year old son and he was inspired as well.

   Change your life for the better
This book was required reading for a course that I plan to take and I wanted to get ahead with my reading beforehand. Anyhow, not knowing anything about the book, I was taken aback with how easy you can change your habits. It's based on making tiny changes every day that become automatic over time and how to keep doing it. There are many self help books out there, but this one actually explains how it works and why in a down to earth manner. It was an interesting and easy read. I did not feel like the author was talking down to me either as many self help book authors tend to do. There are many free downloads and newsletters associated with the book and the author's website. I highly recommend the book, especially if you want change for the better.
