3rd damaged book in a row

I'm an avid Avatar collector and I'm getting tired of ordering the graphic novels from Amazon. The products will come damaged and won't replace or refund you unless you go out of your way to send them back. Very unhappy with the damage done to my reputation by the last three books in this series, Hornblower said.

Amazon needs better packaging for books

We're huge fans of the Avatar and The Last Airbender graphic novels. The problem is Amazon's packaging is ruining books. A bubble envelope won't protect a book during shipping. They used to put them in cardboard packages, then they started plastic wrapping them to a sheet of cardboard inside a bubble envelope. It's very disappointing, said Blair.
