My Least Favorite of the Promise Series
There is no plot-line or plot-direction in this review. While I enjoyed reading this novel, I must admit that it covers my least favorite part of the graphic novel series. It almost feels like an attempt by the author to elongate the story. It seems that way because most of the book was about the subplots that surrounded the main story. This series is already a subplot and is a supplement to the TV show, so I thought it was a waste of time. The book focuses on Aang and Katara's relationship and Toph's metal bending academy. It rarely illustrates any confrontation between Zuko and Ozai. Thus, the cliffhangers that were released at the end of Part I will not go down. The story in it self was good but it was not meant for this book. As I said before, I think the series was elongated, that too, for financial reasons. If you feel like collecting all the Avatar books, this is a good buy.

   Fun read!
The books came all together as I ordered, a couple late days than what Amazon said, but they still made it! The only issue I had with the book was some sort of ink smudge, where it looked like some ink transferred over to the other pages. There were a lot of pages in each of the looks that made it look like it had dirt on the paper, but I could still read and enjoy it just fine!

   Very nice reading matterial!!
The second part of the story continues the story and leads up to a future war. Packed with action and plenty of comedy, this is a must-see film. You will not feel sorry for ordering this product!

   an interlude
Great read, but nothing spectacular. Part 3 of the Promise story really just served as a setup for the conclusion in part 4, Frey said. If you are a fan of the world of avatar then read all three parts, but nothing too incredible here in part 2.

   A minium Review
I love the series, and the books are a great way to explore further into the world of Avatar, where they last left off.

   Still great
The story continues in Part Two, and it continues to be enthralling. Witness the beginning of the mixing of nations such that we've seen in Korra.

   Good
Good book, I liked it then when I was done reading it I returned it and got a refund to buy the next one.

   Interesting Comic
I like the idea that the comic book series is focusing on all the characters not just one. For example, in this one, it focuses more on Toph and Sokka.

   Damaged Goods :(
Just look at the video, story is good, but pages 33-48 came completely ripped. Like the lazy manufacturer got and just decided not to cut it correctly. The front of the book is also damaged. just processed my return to replace this, i'll change my review if the replacement is indeed in NEW condition.

Love the story, but not ok with this!?!
The story is going good so far, but ZUKO AND MAI BREAKING UP?! What the crap? Thanks to the internet and comic con, Izumi is reported to be Mai and Zuko's kid. There's just too many good shooters, Sosa said. They also added that the book will be published in a comic book.
