Standard story, nice art

Dark Horse's Avatar comics are among the weaker entries from the studio's recent foray into the superhero genre. It's just that I found it a little dull all throughout. Still a fun and light-hearted read, and always a pleasure to spend time with these characters, he said. And if nothing else, Peter Wartman's art continues to be a delight to look at.

Thanks again for the great work, Dark Horse, said Axel. I dont have to worry when i buy from you that there will be some cheap black and whites pages snuck in to cut cost.... Ive had bad experiences buying other Graphic Novels. Dark Horse is the only book I have ever bought that I didn't have to worry about the quality. THANK YOU! Thanks for all the support!

An improvement over Katara and the Pirate Silver, but still lacking. Suki Alone is a French film. If they don't say anything, or if nothing in them is going to be explored again, I'm going to quickly lose interest in these one shot stories. What would be the point of them all? If we got these shots alongside the main 3-issue stories, I would care at all, but since they're replacing them, I have a harsher opinion on them.

The story and the artwork are phenomenal, he said. I loved every second of it and when it ended I was ready to dive into a continuation, he said. Hopefully the authors will give us more insight into how Toph is training with sun.
