Some Animals Lack Touch and Feel, but Very Adorable and Simple Book for 1 Year Olds.
I bought this book for my cousin's son. He loves this book. Kids love animals. I wanted to make sure I got him a book that doesn't matter because he's still at the age where everything goes into his mouth. Some of the animals in this book should feel like the other animals. The tiger has grass that doesn't feel different than the rest of the page. They could have licked his nose and done something with the tiger. I can't tell where the touch and feel is on the zebra, there are tiny dots that I think are the touch and feel. The book is very cute, other than some of the animals and their lack of touch. Simple enough to introduce books at a young age, with pages that should hold up well to a young child.
   Ok Touch and Feel Book
The book has a cute touch and feel. The small size is great for little hands. Many of the textures are the same, but some are not obvious. It wasn't the case that I was expecting a good variety of textures and the texture to represent a bigger portion of the page.
   Very sturdy and highly interactive
My baby loves books. The pages are sturdy and easy to handle. The board-book style makes it easy to keep the pages clean by wiping them off, and it keeps them from getting folded or crunched when I throw it in the diaper bag. The book has bright colors that draw in babies. My daughter likes to point to the different parts of the animals. I don't have to worry about the book getting destroyed in transit because it is so durable. I love that they are moving to baby books, they have always produced quality books. I recommend everyone who has a baby in their home to stock up on lots of these books because I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.
I like it, baby likes it
I see a lot of other people complaining about the lack of creativity in the book, but I still think it's great. My baby loves touching everything, especially the puppy and monkey chest hair. He likes looking through it on his own because it's easy to turn the pages. I keep it out with the toys.
   Best Baby Book
My daughter has never read a book. This one always catches her attention because of the cute animals. I like to teach my daughter the different animal and texture words from this story. This is the best baby book because it is cheap to buy and my daughter reads it a lot.
I was extremely disappointed in this entire series of books
The entire series of books was disappointing to me. I was shocked at the lack of sensory experiences when I bought them for my daughter. The raise is so insignificant that it can barely be felt, and some pages don't even have anything to touch. If you're looking for a lot to touch or feel, I don't think this book is for you.
   Had food/drink on it!!!
The book is not great. I have a used one. It looked like a soda was spilled on it and there were stickers on it that were supposed to be taken off. I didn't choose used so be careful when buying this book. I threw it out because it was so bad. I will not give a baby a book with food or drink on it. Who knows what that was. I saw that as soon as I opened the package. If you want to see the condition of the books you buy, go to a bookstore.
   Arrived w/ a DAMAGED cover
The book was supposed to be used for a baby shower, but it was damaged when it arrived. The cover looked cheap and unsuitable for a gift.
   Lovely Book!
My grandson is a big fan of this book. He likes to feel the fur on the animals and constantly flips between the pages. His age is 11 months.
Don’t waste you time. This is not a good book. See photos.
This item is very disappointing to me. I was angry when I looked at it. Animals should have examples that are close to what it feels like. I remember the books I received as a child very well. They chose animals covered in fur or hairs so they could use fur or cloth for the feel of it. Instead of a tiger show, the grass should have rough noses. Do that to the dog. I was hoping the book showed different materials, but they are all the same. I returned the item. I wanted the angles to show that most of it is either fur or metallic. There is no category of touch or feel for shiny material. They went with a cheap book.
