I was extremely disappointed in this entire series of books
Derived From Web , May 17, 2022
I was extremely disappointed in this entire series of the books ''. I bought them for my daughter as Christmas present and was shocked at the lack of meaningful sensory experiences. Some pages don 't even have anything to touch or the rise is so insignificant that it can be felt barely. I do not recommend this book if you are looking for a lot to touch or feel.

grand daughter loves these and they hold up well to small child use
Derived From Web , Jul 19, 2021
I bought this set because my grand daughter had already one of the others and loves them. They are thicker, so that they hold very well to small child use. Great idea that they came up with, as the other flash cards are very thin and do not last very long with a small child. The fact that they have a feel good thing on them as well. She can see the pictures, the words and feel something that it goes with too. These are my favorite things to love :

So disappointing
Derived From Web , Feb 2, 2021
If it was not COVID, I would have gone through the trouble of returning these flash cards just as a matter of principle. I bought 4 different sets of colors & shapes, animals, first words, things that move. At best, they are all mediocre. They are supposed to feel and touch. But putting another piece of cardboard under the top layer of cardboard cut out of the same material does not provide a sensory experience for the child. Apple, Ball etc. are all cardboard under cardboard. Also, there is a lot of overlap between the 4 sets. See a better set for a cheaper price.

Great learning tool

There are a lot of mixed reviews about this product that I chose to see for myself. There are random words that I would just teach my child, who turned 2. For parents, there are teaching points. Over all, I am happy with my purchase.

Great flashcards, helped toddler learn shapes and colors
Derived From Web , Dec 15, 2019
I agree with what has been said that this set has significantly less actual touch sensory areas. There are a lot of shiny images and I do think that is an area that could definitely be improved. I would definitely recommend this for older children around ages 3 to even 6, as some of the suggested questions include : What colors do green leaves turn in the fall? Overall, I am still quite impressed with these and my toddler has started to pick up a few of the shapes and colors thanks to these!

As a teacher myself, I loved that the cards came with parent instructions for those parents who may not know different ways to use the cards.
