   The Gray Man Is One-of-a-Kind!
I've enjoyed reading the entire series by Mark Greaney. He has a very unique talent for providing suspense, unique missions and an ability to get the job done, he said. He knows his cold genre well, much like John Le Carre did earlier in his career. While Carreney and other Le Carre charracters were brainiacs in sniffing out traitors and following Cold War spies from other countries, Greaney's character is a run-and-gun shooter. From sleeping in closets to saving most of the damsels he comes in contact with, Court Gentry is a terrific character. I've just purchased Sierra Six, the latest Gray Man hard-cover book released within the last few weeks. Can't wait to dive in. Ryan Gosling and Robin Williams star in the new TV series, which will launch on Netflix this summer. I hope the mention of Netflix doesn't get this review nixed by Amazon.
Great writing and lots of action
I'm trying to read them all. The book was delivered the next day after ordering, but my account says it was handed to a person the next day. The Harrisons did not make this up, the Web site said. The package was left on my doorstep like they all are. Not sure why this discrepancy exists, but I wanted to set the record straight.
   Greaney is in top form!
In the fifth installment of the "Gray Man" series, "The Gambler's Daughter" is at her best. The first four books were written by first-time novelist Paul Greaney, who creates the narrative of a high profile assassin on the run from a CIA shoot on site. Well, in book 5 you get the back story, and it delivers! Even with its great twist at the end, it's still pretty good.
   2 Stars
Leaving a trace of your writing behind leaves something to be desired. Read 23 of book and just couldn't continue. Not a fan of the book.
   Outstanding series!
If you haven't read the Gray Man series, you are definitely missing out on great reads. This one is no different, and I've liked it the best of all. What a difference a day in court makes. I've bought every one of these and finished one, pick up the next. Outstanding reads, well-plotted with good characterizations and non-stop action. You won't be disappointed.
Back Blast (5th in the Gray Man series) is a terrific action thriller,
Terrific action thriller series. Mark Greany's book, "Back Blast," is the fifth of this series by Mark. Overall, I highly recommend this volume. Only recently did I discover this series of books. For my taste in such things it compares well with the Pike Logan series by Brad Taylor, the Joe Ledger series by Jonathan Maberry and the Jack Reacher series by Lee Child.
Court Gentry is resilient and heroic in this fast-paced thriller by author Mark Greaney!
Gritty, compelling read! Mark Greaney is a master of writing this genre, and the suspense and danger equally well. Court Gentry as The Gray Man is truly remarkable and unforgettable. Each book in this series is a stand-alone story, although the common thread compels the reader to reach for every story in the series. In addition, the show deals with some of the thorniest government issues, including counter-espionage and life-threatening situations. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!
