   Stunning
I have already tried 5 recipes from this book and they have been all excellent. The book is beautiful and the recipes are varied and absolutely amazing! I have a large cookbook collection and Sarah Kieffer's books are my favorite!

   Not the Best
This cookbook is very pretty, however it is not the best. I love 100 cookies made by the same author, but this cookbook is not the same quality. It seems to be rushed like it was. The page numbers in the index are incorrect. When you look for the recipe you are going for, it isn 't there. It is a different recipe with a side note on how to substitute the ingredient you are looking for. This one will save your money.

   Hmm
I bought the choppy version of this and is kind of choppy to read at best. It also does one of the things I dislike the most in a cookbook - it gives half recipes telling you to refer back to page such and such for the other half of it... very frustrating to have to do with dough covered hands and children in tow. Overall, I highly doubt that I would use this to bake with. Sorry, we are out of town.

   Beautiful Book
This is a beautifully written book with well-drawn pictures throughout. It has many other receipts than different cookbooks. The recipe for the classic rolls of cinnamon is a must-have. I was pleasantly surprised '' at the variety of recipes. I also love the size and weight of the book. It will definitely be my go-to book for holiday baking.

A year of magazines in one beautiful compilation!!
I'm a huge fan of Bake from Scratch, I have all available volume, I get #6 when it is released. For Thanksgiving, I made the Pecan Pie Layer Cake, I made it gluten free and it was still phenomenal. I have always had good luck with the recipes I made from it. I can 't wait to make even more of the book!

   Repetitive recipes from first book
I am a bit disappointed that a few of the recipes are already from her other two books, which I own. There was also a whole lot of recipes not a whole lot of. If you already own her first book, you can pass this one on. Sorry, I was not too impressed.

Sara knows what she is doing
There I missed my days. This book and the others that Sara has written encapsulate all those fine memories. I'm excited to bring a little bit of the Blue Herron home for the holidays with my family.

   So good
The recipe for the morning buns is alone worth the price of this book! Terrific recipes with lots of helpful tips and adaptations.

General winter recipes that look quite fun
I have tried lots of recipes that I would love to try! Loved the Christmas feel, though I thought there would be a few Hanukkahother winter recipes as well. There are some winter recipes that are quite fun! I also loved the beautiful photos.

   Holiday Must Have!
An absolutely delightful holiday cookbook, which you 'll want year round in your kitchen, but especially around the holidays. This book is beautifully photographed and choc full of holiday recipes that cover all kinds of holiday delights from candy, cakes pies, donuts, pastries, scones, cupcakes and many others! The only downside of the book is that it ended too soon!
