It doesn't get sweeter than this, Mr. Rule told the judge. My 8-year-old has read them all, and I have no regrets.

Great book for young readers who want to get into chapter books.

Eva has two problems to solve: one is a French curve. Her pet bat, named Baxter, is missing. Even though she'd love to win a writing contest, she has to think about what she's doing instead. It is just that it is impossible. How can a writer imagine a story when a bullet might kill Mr. Baxter? Don't be afraid! After months of torment, Eva finds a happy ending to both her problems.

My daughter and I are huge fans of the entire series. It's great to have the owl diaries, Melissa. Even though she has a lot of friends who read, she still feels a bit lost.

Got my reluctant reader begging for more
Derived From Web , Jan 10, 2018
I bought the first book on whim, just because it looked so cute and my struggling reader loved owls. Now she's reading well above her age and cannot get enough of these! Such cute stories, Mr. Booher told us. My older daughter, who has asthma, also has a soft spot for them.

If you want a beginning chapter book that isn't about princesses or fairies, just cute, this is it!

The owl has the cutest adventures with her friends, the text is easy to read and the illustrations are so cute, Morgenthau said. I like the way they diagramped it up, Bruno said. I would say about a 2-to-3rd-grade level. Buy the entire series, and your kid will get hooked.

Great Series.

My granddaughter has fallen in love with the series and I have bought every one for her. Mrs Clinton reads them over and over again, sometimes by mistake. It's so cute, Mr. Caramore said. When I told her what a diary is to her, she didn't quite get the format, but once I told her I really like it, she fell in love with it. She also has an owl journal to record her own adventures.

Eva is so happy to have him back that she’s finally able to ...
Derived From Web , Sep 20, 2017
In the book, Eva goes to bed after leaving her bedroom window open. It's just that she wakes up and her pet bat is missing. The pilot apparently flew out of the passenger's view after she fell asleep, the police said. At school, they are supposed to write a story and then submit it to a contest. It's just that she can't concentrate on anything but her missing pet. In the end, she enlists the help of her friends to find him. While still working on their stories, the two actors looked extremely happy. After the other two kids find him, they rescue him. Eva is so happy to have him back that she can finally work on and complete her story, she said. The next night all the kids read their stories. I really enjoy these books, Hachette said. There are colorful illustrations, simple stories and a few nice little lessons within the pages. At the end of each book, their are discussion questions that can be used to further discuss the readers of the book.
