   Amazing book, easy to navigate to what you're feeling, anxiety melts away with this handy book,
Everybody is unique in their own way, but if you have the core strength and mindset to help you with anxiety, this book is awesome, I have so many things highlighted and dog earred pages of great little things I have turned into a mantra and literally feel the anxiety melt away. Thank you, author Jill Webber, for helping me and everyone else who have benefited from this book.

   Excellent book for every day
This is a wonderful little book with very old CBT techniques that are easy to understand. I bought the kindle version so that I can always have it on my iPhone with me. I refer to it whenever I have severe anxiety and it helps me see things more clearly.

I gave it a 5 star because my daughter, who usually rejects every offer I have given her to get some self-help books, has been rejected. I thought I would buy it just and have it mailed to her and it worked. She called me and said, she loved it, it was helping and she wanted to reference more books from the back of the book. At least it is a start for someone who has suffered from anxiety for years!

Fantastic book - easy to read and I felt like the writer fully understood how anxiety feels and how to overcome it. I know I suffered from anxiety before I knew it was it and can be debilitating. I began implementing the strategies while reading the book and already feel somewhat better. Recommended highly.
