Reclusive literary legend M. M. Mimi Banning has been holed up in her Bel Air mansion for years. But after falling prey to a Bernie Madoff-style ponzi scheme, she's flat broke. This book is all about acceptance and compassion, a treat to read and ponder. The characters develop in such a way that the reader will feel like you are in the house. I feel in love with Frank and learned a bit about what it would be like to have challenging child. Hats off to anyone who has one. Finding their hidden talents is a life long journey.
