Lays flat when opened, quality binding.

It was part of the prime day deals for my 6 month old boy. Since receiving it, we have used it almost every day. We'll spend a few minutes going through the various words and photos after I open up a random page on the book. The book is bound well. The book lays flat when you open it. My kid likes to interact with this book by banging on random photos and trying to push buttons. He is attracted to the bright colored photos of smiling babies. Even with his rough handling of the book, I'm sure it will serve us well until he can start speaking.

I bought this book because I wanted a colorful book that could hold my son's attention, and one that was a board book, instead of paper. It is very durable. It has a variety of things that happen at different times of the day, like bathing, sleep time, and meals. There are animals, clothing, toys, and things in the picture. I like the large size of the book and the size of the pictures. My son has learned new words after reading a few books. He is 2 years old and can be rough with his toys and books. I would recommend this book to anyone who is considering buying it.

One of the best toddler books. It's big and made of cardboard, so it's not overwhelming with words. My daughter brings it to us to look at and learn from. At 17 months old, she speaks the word ball most often and the most recent word is a fire truck. She continues to hear sirens coming from the area. Tea-tea for kitty is the only one of the other words that has been said. For train or choo choo. She is soaking up the book quickly and we expect more soon.

The first book we wore out was our second. The book has bright colors and is great for children to learn their first words. It's big so it's fun for kids to turn the pages. It's a board book that's easy to clean. It's a win-win!

I don't know why this has high reviews. The concept of the book is simple, but they managed to execute it. Some of the items on the page don't fit into the category they were in. Each item is presented in front of a bright color that makes it difficult to see. The book cover and pages seem sturdy and give two stars instead of one.

Sad to see a change that was made to this book

I bought this book about 2 years ago and our children loved it. I bought the yellow rubber duck as a gift for someone else and was surprised to see that it had a rainbow on it. I thought it was a teaching book. How do you explain a rainbow colored duckling to children? The rubber duck you can buy in the store for the bathtub is yellow because they are born yellow before their feathers change with age. This will be the last book I ever buy. Don't push your agenda on the kids.

A big book with lots to read. My toddler likes pointing. They would have liked to use a real tub instead of a child bath tub and use a fake fish. My child will learn from having real life images. The book would be a good choice for your little one. The book is large and has nice pictures.
