Love it! Only 1 small complaint...

We purchased this book in hopes of improving my 5 year olds comprehension and writing. When I received the work books, I was very impressed. They were more than I expected. He loves doing the worksheets and it says a lot. He usually doesn't stay interested long enough to finish a couple pages of his homework, so for him to sit and do 8 pages at a time out of this book is really amazing. The reason I am giving this 4 stars is because I don't like having to tear each sheet out to do the work. We don't have to tear every page out if this book is a spiral book.

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!!
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
I try not to push my kids into things they are not ready for. I build skills slowly. My 3 year old has been asking for school because her sister has a lot of things. I bought something at walmart. Total failure! Way too advanced! I was excited because I remembered using this brand for my eldest but in K! This is perfect! It begins with striping lines. I don't think it's right that other PreK books expect kids to trace letters when they haven't learned to draw a straight line or complete a circle. This starts slow, tracing lines, then tracing shapes, reviews colors, coloring by number, and it doesn't leave out letters and numbers. Colorful and engaging! It's perfect for my 3 year old. When we are done with schoolwork, she says thank you to her mom. That is great. !

Wonderful book for beginning skills
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
This is a great book. I've looked at a lot of preschool books and this one is great for setting up pre-writing skills before moving on to drawing letters and numbers. It has a nice slow pace and isn't overly complicated like other books I've looked at. Each page has bright and engaging color graphics. I think it has the right amount of material per page. Pages can be torn out and put in protectors so they can be used multiple times. I hope the pictures I added give you a better idea of how great this book is so you can buy it already.

The shapes, colors and activities in the books are amazing for a 3 year old to do. This book has put together a lot of ideas and activities to help the kids learn how to use the pen and read and write. Absolutely love it.

Great product my daughter loves it
Derived From Web , Sep 19, 2020
This is wonderful. The only thing I didn't like about it was that you have to keep flipping to the page you want because it's organized by themes. It would have been better if it was organized by day, with few pages dedicated to complete in a day. We love it.

Repetitive

The size of the book is very large and my daughter won't touch it again even though it's a very good book. Some activities are kind of boring. If you are looking for a 3 year old who just learned alphabets and numbers, this is a great book.

My 5 yr old daughter and son, 3, who's autistic loves this book
Derived From Web , Apr 19, 2020
They are coloring in a book. My daughter likes to go through the activities. She is only in Transitional Kindergarten, but misses her schoolwork. My son loves to color. He loves to go through the book and write. I should have bought him an extra one. It is highly recommended.

These are great!
Derived From Web , Apr 18, 2020
They give your toddler a head start on school. They have bright pictures, fun lessons, and are in depth in covering a lot of subjects that kids need for a good start to school. 40 years after I got them, I'm happy they still offer them.

Great workbook

I bought this for my young child. The book covers a wide range of topics, from upper and lowercase letters to numbers and shapes. I like that the pages can be torn out if necessary. Would recommend anyone to teach the basics.
