Sorry but it’s terrible
Derived From Web , Aug 24, 2020
I don't think I've ever left a bad review for a kids book, but I feel I need to warn you. This is one of the worst books I have ever read. My kids, who are shark crazy, didn't like it. It is not a book of opposites like baby shark. It doesn't know where to go when it starts out. The sharks are trying to eat not get eaten. They don't know how to answer that question. The end is just sharks eating dead fish. I don't know. No story, no rhyme songs, no conclusion, made no sense. The best thing about this is the covertitle.

perfect for an early reader or one that's struggling
Derived From Web , Apr 1, 2019
This is a very good book. My daughter has been struggling to read on her own and her teacher suggested that she look for books with a maximum of 2 new words per page to give her some confidence. The book has that. There are some words on the wall like big, little, fish, and shark. It's a good choice for an early reader.

No story line

I bought this to read with my son. I don't understand why this book had good reviews. One of the least favorite books I've read as a parent is this one. It's too easy, with two words on a page. A big shark and little shark are hungry and unable to catch fish for food. The little shark catches a bunch of fish. The end of the book was random and my husband and I looked at each other with puzzled looks. These books are cheap.

My nephew loves it
Derived From Web , Jul 8, 2018
I bought this book for my six year old nephew who has been struggling with reading and has been crying because he isn't reading on grade level. I thought this would be the perfect fit for him because he loves sharks. I cried tears of joy when he called me to read this book to him. He was able to read the book on his own and that helped build his confidence. I sent him a few books about the ocean and he is excited to read them. If you have a child that loves sharks, this book is for them.

Step into reading must-buy!
Derived From Web , Dec 20, 2017
The beginner reader will love the storyline, words, and rhyme. The daughter just finished the first semester of kindergarten and was able to read the book on her own. She was encouraged to look for the same words outside the book on other stories.

Very cute sharks, cute story, my son loves it!
Derived From Web , Dec 7, 2017
This is a good book for a toddler who is just starting to learn English. I like the drawings, the story and the fact that my son could memorize every word. The book is small and not heavy, so he always wanted to carry it around. I would give this as a present for anyone who has a child learning to speak English.
