   This book will not make you Bigger, Leaner or Stronger... Read on.
The book won't make you Bigger, Leaner or Stronger, just like spoons won't make your favorite talkshow host fat. The book will give you information, guidance and experienced information to help you achieve your goals. There is some product promotion but not a lot. Good nutrition and quality supplements are sometimes needed. My challenge to you is to leave the time excuses behind and get to it because I'm a contractor, husband, father and a graduate student. I have noticed improvements in my strength and appearance after incorporating Matthews practices. I don't have an affiliation with the author, but I highly recommend this book. Do yourself a favor and get a decent digital food scale. It will be your best friend.

   Breaks it down to the essence of what you need
For the last 30 years, I've exercised off and on. The diet, exercise, and lifting were all on their off stages at 45, so I needed a change. 45 years old and over 300 lbs is not easy to start. I'm down 50 lbs. after four and a half months. My lifts are the highest they've ever been. The lifts have my energy. It feels easy, that's the best part. Mike breaks things down so that I can comprehend them. The book is long and motivational. It's helpful to know what doesn't work. There are 6 critical chapters to know if you want to get to the long and short of it. Time will tell, but this feels sustainable, unlike any of my other efforts. Thanks Mike. It's!

   A Staple for Any Healthy Man
This book is amazing. I bought it for the purpose of following a new workout routine, but it turned out to be more than that. It has everything you need to get to your ideal body type, from nutrition to supplements to fitness to actual step by step actions and routines. I like that Mike backs up everything he says with legitimate and unbiased scientific research, and that he also lets you know if it's not backed up with research. He gives you the gravy without a lot of effort. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to take charge of their body and health.

If you read a study to support your argument, it doesn't mean it's true. There are many studies that suggest calories are not the core weight gainer but hormones. The book is written like a student.

There are a lot of things you can find. I don't know why it was so good. It's not a good idea to spend money on something that you can do better on. Save your money.

I want to be fair here, so I'm giving this book three stars. If you can stomach the sales pitch, the information contained within is useful. I'm sure you'll achieve the results you're looking for if you follow his workout plans, but I'm shocked I got through the introduction without hitting Remove From Device. It's basically a 300-page advertisement. I couldn't not read this book in Don Lapre's voice and we bought the book. You finished the deal. It's not necessary to bash us over the head with what if I told you's or the headline sections promising secrets. We are in. I wouldn't buy this book again. I would not recommend that if the version without all the bs was released.

   Life Changing
This book has changed my life for the better. I have always been in very good shape, but have had trouble hitting the plateaus at the gym. If you have a good muscular body, you don't realize how amazing you could look with a few small changes. Mike makes it easy to follow the diet and lifting routine. He did a lot of research to support what he is saying. This isn't just another bro science book from a junky who takes steroids. I feel better than ever after making incredible gains. Even though you eat less than you need, you still have plenty of energy and never feel hungry. I am at risk of becoming long winded but I would write more.

This book and its author's online content changed my life at a risk of being dramatic. By showing me how simple it is to lose weight if you put in the work. I was able to lose over 100 lbs using the methods in this book and have kept my body for 2 years now. At the age of 41. Over the course of 2 years, my outlook on life has changed a lot, and a large part of it is due to this book. Thank you, Mike. From the bottom of my heart. I wish you good fortune in the future.
