Have some suggestions of the menu for baby and detail how to cut the food, avoid food allergies and safe for baby. One thing I'm not sure that we can use smoothie for baby at 6-8m, which is introduced in the book.

I don 't often write a review, but this book has been for me such a lifesaver! Starting him on solids while creating healthy habits and taste palate was my goal, and I can say that with this book I have reached this goal! With dairy free, vegan, nut-free and gluten free options, I have been able to give my LO some yummy tasting food that is healthy! I'm happy and my LO is happy '', I would highly recommend.

Recipes Need Work
Derived From Web , Mar 31, 2020
The information about BLW was terrible, but the recipes are good. A lot of recipes call for a fair amount of sugar, salt or are fried, many are extremely time-consuming and three of the dishes were thrown directly into the trash after my family tasted them - lots of wasted time, food and money.

Book is great on BLW. Easy to read! When you have little ones, what is super important. Can def read it in an hour or less? Very diff information and has a lot of useful recipes. I would highly recommend and would def buy again. I also really enjoyed the other 2 very popular baby led - feeding books. You don 't need all three, but I found each useful to be useful.

Missing some help tips

However, helpful with recipes and basic stuff, I would have liked to see visuals for how to cook basic foods or cut basic food, not just recipes.

With three children ages 3 and under, I am always looking for fun, healthy recipes to keep my children eating a variety of foods. It also helps that recipes are labeled with helpful tags like gluten or nuts free.
