   Loving my Body
This book is packed with great advice on how to take care of ourselves and our bodies, he said. In this episode, Kelly explains the science of food while still managing to keep me interested. It has all the recipes and grocery lists you need. I love being able to make long-term changes to my lifestyle rather than quick fixes, he said.

The book as a whole is very good. It was a bit repetitive, but mostly it was a lot of fun. I think the entire book could have been summed up in an article, not so much an entire book, he said. However, I did enjoy the science aspect of knowing how the body reacts to certain foods. I'm intrigued to see if the "Fab Four" smoothies really work as well as she insists they will.

   Go for it and dont look back.
The Atkins Diet is a book about counting calories. All I have done is use her formula for a balanced meal and incorporated her smoothies for my breakfast and I have never felt better, she said.
