I was getting frustrated making my own stuff. We did some research and decided to try the Brain Quest books. They' re great. The kids like them because they are fun and engaging. I have a degree in education and feel qualified to say that the material is solid for the grade levels. As the children progress, we will be buying more from Brain Quest.

Excellent Workbook
Derived From Web , Apr 1, 2020
I was looking for a way to educate my children at home when schools were closed. I bought each of my three children a Brain Quest book. I couldn't pass up a year's worth of curriculum at $10 a book. I was expecting the grade 3 book to arrive today, but it arrived much earlier than I anticipated. There are tons of activities and lessons in the workbook that align with the national Common Core standards. There is a fold- out poster, an award certificate, over 150 stickers and a Brain Quest mini- deck. I'm excited to start my son on this tomorrow, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Great workbook
Derived From Web , Jul 4, 2018
We like to use these in the summer to keep our skills up to date. My son is going into third grade and has been able to do most of the pages without any issues. There are 309 pages that take a few minutes to complete. Some of the math is a little beyond what he's learned in school, but most other parts of the book have not been too difficult for him. He's a smart kid, but not GT. These are the best for all grade levels. Most of the work in the 1 st grade book can be done by my soon to be first graders. I hope you found this helpful. Please click the yes button if you think so. Thank you so much!

I'll say that the Brain Quest book was more useful than his third-grade teacher
Derived From Web , Dec 25, 2017
Our kid was on track over the summer to be ready for third grade. The school curriculum barely covered any of these things, which I learned in 3 rd grade. I think the Brain Quest book was more useful than his third- grade teacher.

Perfect addition to our homeschool
Derived From Web , Jun 3, 2017
I use the workbooks to finish our learning. The kids enjoy the work and do well with them. Since we don't use a comprehensive curriculum, the workbooks have helped me identify areas that need further practice. They' re helpful when I'm putting together portfolios. All written work in each subject is in one place, and I only have to tear out some good samples of each and file them with the rest of the records. We' ve used Pre-K through 4 th grade so far, and I highly recommend the series!

Well Done Worksheets
Derived From Web , Feb 28, 2017
This was a good selection of sheets to support the curriculums I was using for the 8 month period of time we needed to teach our daughter. They were colorful, interesting, had review boxes on the topics covered, and some of them were challenging for her, which I like. We only made it through about half of the sheets, but I think they were done well and I recommend this as a supplementary workbook.
