Awesome book! Great learning tool ands lots of fun!

It was one of the first to pop up on Amazon when I searched for a book for kids. This book is so much fun, so full of information, interesting facts and it keeps him busy for a long period of time. He is 5 and just learning to read so it is nice to have this book to read together and interact with each other, Melissa said. It will be great when he is reading on his own, as it is not a book just for young kids. That is a wonderful thing about this book, said Dr. Chester Floyd, who heads the Children's Hospital at Montefiore. I really enjoy it, Bruno said. I would recommend this book to anyone that is interested in Christian fiction. It just takes a bit of care as it could get damaged if handled in a way that is too rough, he said. It has had it for a year now and only had one bug rip and it was easily mended with a piece of clear tape, Mr. O'Neill said. A great book, Gillian. Selling stuff like that is just too good to be true.

He also told me that his 6 year old loves bugs. It was a present for her sixth birthday, and it was a huge hit. This is the perfect book for her, because it has a giant cockroach! In a letter to the Times, her mom said her daughter wants to change her name to cockroach when she turns 18. And, well, it has a giant scorpion. Really great book, lots of fold outs, slide outs, Tunick said.

I have never seen a book cover this big. We were blown away by the detail of the Concorde. It made us all jump! Yes, I will be buying more. After comparing it to the dinosaur ones, it is clear that the dino ones are better. There are more pop-ups with a greater level of detail in the dinosaur books. The book's introduction says: "The text in the insect book was a tad boring."

This book is so disappointing, Gillian. The reviews were so good that I assumed it would be much more impressive, Mr. Caramore said. We have the prehistoria pop up books and they are amazing, but this isn't even in the same league as the Beatles. The scorpion pop out is great, but the rest of the book is just average. It lacks the content to make money. It's just that kind of bleh.

This book is by far the best. There is more to this story than meets the eye. There are some pictures that I didn't realize were in the pictures. Super neat book, said Gillian. Definitely had a blast. I love the new look of the magazine.

This book is by far the best. For kids that like bugs, this is it. My 8 year old grandson absolutely loves the book. This book is easy to read, covers every insect and is also very useful for hunters.

Beautifully made, this book is a must-have for any serious collector. There is so much information packed in there, so many different ways to do things, so many fun ways to do it. Like nearly all pop-up books, the cover is fragile. The middle of the book is a full-blown cockroach pop-up. Simply fold over the wings to view the entire cockroach. The DVD is labeled "high quality" and contains "many images of very high quality." Perfect for any bug lover of any age! Lots of information. So much information, so little time. There are tons of flaps to open. Very detailed and beautifully colored pop-ups on each page. Like nearly every other pop-culture artifact, this one is a total failure. My son is not quite 4 yet, and I don't allow him to look at the book alone. It would be too easy to tear off delicate flaps and pop-ups, making it impractical for airlines to fly without losing a seat.
