A good purchase

We purchased this for our son because he loves bugs. It's a year since we purchased it and it's still in great shape, even after being slept with a few times, Mr. O'Neill said. Great pictures, realistic, Mr. Caramore said. The poem goes on to say that the pictures are great for toddlers. Glad we got it.

When looking at this book on line, I felt this would give him some knowledge and facts that will interest him, Mrs Clinton said. It is a gift that I haven't given him yet but he is going to have a great success!

My 3 year old niece absolutely loves it. Before she could ask what it was called, she would nod and get really excited when she saw one. A great little book.

Great read for little boys
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
My son has a very good eye and is very curious about bugs. He loved it, said Blair. My wife, who is a teacher, also loves the book because of the way the letters are incorporated into the book. Very happy with the purchase.

It's a nice little paperback book, too. This was a present for my nephew who loves bugs. It was a good addition to a bug catcher I gave him, Mrs. Booher said.

My son loves it!!!..
Derived From Web , Jan 18, 2022
My son, 6 years old, loves books and also wants to learn new things about bugs. Got him a whole bunch of books, but this one is his favourite. I honestly don't like that this book actually looks more like a magazine than a book, but, my little boy, it means everything to me. Copyright (c) The New York Times

Doesn't really teach anything
Derived From Web , Jun 16, 2021
Thinking since he's trying to catch various bugs we could turn it into a learning experience, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Only one sentence of this book deals with common bugs, so it's all mechanical. Even my kid is disappointed, He said what else it say about grasshoppers?

Great photos
Derived From Web , Jul 3, 2019
He has a 3 year old who is obsessed with pointing out bugs. The photos are really colorful and it practices letter alignment, which is a bonus. Only thing is that the pages are thin so that they are carful with rammy toddlers, Morgenthau said.

Nice book
Derived From Web , Jun 20, 2019
This book is great for my son and i to reference while exploring the insects out of doors. The index in the back was very helpful, Mr. Dhaliwal said. It's not one I'll let him play with alone, because Book is a bit fragile, Sosa said.

Don't teach your kids wrong information please
Derived From Web , Mar 15, 2019
The book is named after the Latin word for "bug." But this book has many other insects and arachnids so it's all wrong. Bugs are not insects. Spiders are not bugs. Only 29 of the Coleoptera's 99 species are found in the Insect class. Please don't teach your kids this is a bug. Its just that the book deals with arthropods, not mites.
