-TikTok user camrynbanks

The phenomenally popular secret journal filled with private prompts for personal reflection, self-exploration, and fueling creativity.

Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, TikTok, VSCO, YouTube.the world has not only become one giant feed, but also one giant confessional. Burn After Writing allows you to spend less time scrolling and more time self-reflecting. Through incisive questions and thought experiments, this journal helps you learn new things while letting others go. Imagine instead of publicly declaring your feelings for others, you privately declared your feelings for yourself?

Help your heart by turning off the comments and muting the accounts that drive you into jealousy for a few moments a night. Whether you are going through the ups and downs of growing up, or know a few young people who are, you will flourish by finding free expression--even if through a few tears

Push your limits, reflect on your past, present, and future, and create a secret book that's about you, and just for you. This is not a diary, and there is no posting required. And when you're finished, toss it, hide it, or Burn After Writing.

   Fantastic!
I can't wait to use this book! It's fun to fill out the answers to the neat questions. I bought a pink book thinking it would be different from the blue one, but the questions are the same. The same color, nothing different. I have an older sister who is celebrating her birthday.

   I bought 2
I gifted both copies because they were cheaper on Amazon and in the stores. I think it's a really cool idea and I would like the ones in myself.

   Good Quality
I was very happy to receive a book that looked like a journal. The cover is cute and doesn't come with a matchbook like some people think. I am looking forward to learning more about myself.

Please read up about this it is a cult
I received a book that tells you to pledge your loyalty to a cult and I am not sure if you should eat it or not.

Parental Warning: Contains Profanity and embraces " lying to find truth"
I bought this journal for my daughter's birthday. There was profanity in this journal. Lying was the only way to tell the truth. The message that lying was the way to truth made me return the item. I paid over $8 for this journal. I returned it undamaged. I received a small amount of money for a refund. This item should be flagged for its profanity and warped message, especially for parents looking for a gift for a teen. The return price upsets me. A little over $3.00 is not an acceptable return price.

   Book fell apart
The first day it fell apart. I had to write a few pages before the pages fell out of the book cover. I already started writing in it, so I don't think I can get a refund. Very sad.

   Theraputic
This is a great therapy for past and present issues. It is nice to know where I used to be and where I am now. It has made me think about what I want from life and what I need to do to get there.

   Not too bad
Very neat idea. There are topics that are enjoyable. The matches on the front are a picture.

   GET THIS!
I love the prompt. There are so many of them that evoke a genuine reflection. If you or someone you know has a hard time freewriting, buying would be a good idea.

   Not realy for adults
I think it would be great for a 10 to 14 year old. I would not care if I burned it. The questions don't burn my opinion. A preteen would love it.
