Wonderful book to learn colors and numbers
This is a sweet book. My daughter is 2 1/2 and enjoys it immensely. We make up stories about the butterflies as we go along. The book itself is very basic, just pictures of different colored butterflies with the corresponding number in the picture shown. It's not a surprise considering the book's name! One cool feature of the book is that it has the detailed names of the butterfly types on the back cover. It's a fun book to use your imagination and also great to teach numbers and colors. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!
   Very Vibrant
This is a great book that teaches colors and numbers with beautiful butterfly artwork. If your kid likes butterflies, this is the book to get.
   Butterfly lover's favorite book
He would point to butterflies in the background of other books. She's got her this and it's her new favorite!
   So simple
Perfect for my 1 year old. butterflies. It's over. She loves it because she can read it on her own, she said.
   Love this book!
My 3 year old LOVES this book! The book has helped her to learn her colors better! It has all the colors even pink is in there, but I really love how this book is small and it has all the colors so your little ones can practice," reads Melissa. I brought this book to add to our collection.

Good book. My son loves to bring this to me to read to him. Because the butterflies look so dark, I knocked off a star. Also, the white butterflies are more of a cream color than a stark white. When teaching young ones colors, you really want the color you're describing to be very obvious and accurate.
very good size for a board book
Pro's very good size for a board book, Hollingworth said. The back cover has the species of all the butterflies. The illustrations are semi-photographic so it's not cartoonish. Con's the purple is not purple but a darker shade of blue. Also, white is tinted with green, making it very obvious.
