The story is super simple but we've read it 20 times in two days and she's been paci-free. Giving her pacifiers to crying babies really did the trick, Dr. Goin added. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in the same situation.

My 2 1/2 year old has this book memorized but it hasn't helped with the binky-12 habit. It backfires on me, Bruno says.

Helped our 20 month old
Derived From Web , Apr 13, 2021
I had purchased this book hoping it would help my 20 month old son get rid of his binky, especially with a new brother coming. I had 2 months before his brother arrived so I was a little late to say that I got this book in like January and we read it to him at night for like a week and half because he kept choosing it and one night he finally said bye bye binky and threw it in the ground. We never pressured him to say bye bye to the binky or asked him to read the book to him and let his mind figure it out, Rumsfeld said. We are so glad because a month after his last binky night his brother came and he has no interest in the binky just knows that it's for the baby. This book is not going to work for every kid, but we are sure it worked for us. He asked for it like twice, and we said your a big boy right, he said. Great product, great customer service, and fast shipping.

Cute story
Derived From Web , Nov 5, 2020
This is a cute and clear little story to help our son understand that kids grow out of pacifiers and he will be okay without it. It's great to have the Pacifier Fairy back!

Great
Derived From Web , Oct 27, 2020
Thanks for the help. The pictures show the child being empowered to grow up and move on, without any images of her being sad, which is exactly what I was looking for. The print colors are a bit hard on the eyes, it's very bright and then just brown, but the illusionist works with them. It would be great if the labels were printed in different colors. It doesn't bother my daughter but is honestly hard in my adult eyes.

Finally something that works!

My 2 1/2 year old daughter absolutely LOVES it. We're still struggling with breaking her heart. I thought it would help, Mr. Dhaliwal said. But after about two weeks of reading it, she decided she did not need her paci anymore because she was a big kid. This book really does help, said Dr. Goin.

She really gave up the binky!

My 3 year old granddaughter was a preemie and had a binky from the time she was born until a week after we got this book. We were headed in the right direction, he said. The binky was gone in three weeks.

Cute book, but watch who you buy from.
Derived From Web , Oct 9, 2020
Only time will tell if this book will help her get rid of the pacifier. It was a great deal, but I couldn't get it back, and I paid over $6 for it, they didn't offer any kind of refund whatsoever.

Wish it were a board book.
Derived From Web , Sep 21, 2018
This book is so cute, I almost fell over. I love the new look of the magazine. However, I'd prefer it to be a board book for the sake of considering the age group that this book is made for.

Its a cute book... but my 2 ...
Derived From Web , May 31, 2017
Its a cute book, but my 2.5 still has not grasped the concept of letting go of the pacifier. She says yes, so then i say big girls don't need pacifiers, she giggles and gets angry. I think we're going to have to play catch up, he said. It's just that I'm not working on my strong-willed, pacifier-loving little toddler.
