   I love this book
I've read all the books, and I love this one. I am a therapist and have worked with children in the past, and this book introduces an important concept in an easy to understand way, Raymond said.

   Calm-down
I recommend this series of books to anyone who has a 2-year-old. He also said that capturing his attention is "hard to do." Both are well written, very colorful, good length. The book has done wonders to help my son and us explain to him how to control his emotions. 0 1462228 1462228 "Help Me" by Dr. Lee Mason has helped my son, who has had a real problem with his emotions, and we explain to him how to control them.

   love these books!!!
We buy books in this series as needed when my daughter needs a little help with her math. I'm a huge fan of Lord's work. time flies and she's in a good mood we read about doing things the right way and it works WAY better than just correcting her when she is making bad decisions. But she knows most of the words by heart because we read them so much and they're so easy for a 2 year old to comprehend. LOVE THEM! If you liked this video, please rate and review our policies.

   Nice little book
This book was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has a very small child. My 2yr old likes the rhyming, illustrations and seems to understand the overall message of the book. It can be difficult to teach a toddler about abstract concepts such as calming oneself down, and this book helps so much with providing a visual aid and a starting point for further lessons on not throwing fits, she said. It's great to hear from Dr. Goin that people recommend it.

   Excellent books for toddlers
I bought this book so my daughter could read it to herself, who has many temper tantrums, and has a good book. I know that your daughter loves the book and it does seem to be helpful. I have read most of them as is possible online before purchase and know they all will be useful and good to add to my grand daughters book collection. If you have a toddler—with any of the issues this author deals with—these books would be helpful for you to read to your grandchild or give it to your adult child to read to their child.

   Just okay
I really was hoping this would help my 2 year old work through his big emotions, as he does better when things are presented in books as opposed to an adult telling him what to do, Mrs. Booher said. The book doesn't flow that well, it will go from rhyming to not rhyming and back to rhyming again which just seems inconsistent and makes it a little awkward to read. It also changes from the perspective of the child to the parent and back to the child without so clarifying, Dr. Goin added. There are some good lines, but they're mixed in with a few that fall flat.

Love it! Nice size for my child to hold and turn the pages
Overall, I wish the book could have touched on other feelings, but overall I like that the book talked about sad and happy feelings and what to do when these feelings occur and also what happens if you respond to your negative feelings in a positive way. There are some really helpful advice for parents and caregivers at the end of the book, which I really appreciated. Definitely would have purchased it from someone else.

   "1, 2, 3... I'm taking care of me"
This book is wonderful, Raymond said. It hums along and calms down my 2.5 year old, whether it's sad, happy or scared. The illustrations display easily identifiable emotions and it really covers all the bases on what a child needs to learn for emotional regulation." It displays multiple solutions to calming down - crying, using words, wanting to scream and shout, getting to grips with a grown-up, etc. Overall, would highly recommend this product to a 2 year old. It's one of those movies that made us all want to kill ourselves. nan

Best Board Book for Toddler Aggression
He started hitting before he was 2 1/2 years old. I've bought a few other books because I didn't think there were many pages or better writing. It was a long, drawn-out process, but I am glad I caved. The first two pages are what I've attached, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Another reviewer said they don't think it's obvious enough, but I almost appreciate the subtlety because it shows my son he doesn't have to be in full-on tantrum mode to start calling down. There are a number of ways the youngster can try to calm down, such as turning his head. I have also attached the last two pages of the story, which were written for the adult. The Big Little Feelings course has helped me immensely with tantrums. Only a regret would have been to buy it earlier. If you're not ready to try it, just go for it.

   Good book, cheap quality.
The book seems great and I can't wait to read it with my daughter. Physical quality of the book is not good. The spine has already come unglued on each page. It's pretty disappointing. It's a board book, so I was hoping it would last more wear and tear with my toddler.
