Made for therapists to use, not for parents
Derived From Web , May 29, 2020
The book was recommended to us by my son's Psychiatrist, but it is not for parents. There is no guide or instructions for how to use the book, instead it is a series of worksheets. I don't want our money back and I don't recommend household use.

Missing 15 pages
Derived From Web , Nov 15, 2018
I was very disappointed in this product. I am using different pages with different clients and I found the missing pages in the workbook. I wish I could return it now since it is missing so many pages. The story is moral. When you get it, check all the pages.

Not for chidlren. Better for adolescents.
Derived From Web , Nov 11, 2018
I work as a school social worker and private therapist. I wouldn't use this book with kids. Older adolescents are more at risk. Some of the worksheets need more description and are a little complex. I could use more examples and explanations. I could use some of the book with my students.

Informative but “plain†worksheets
Derived From Web , Oct 9, 2018
I would recommend this book. I work as a school counselor and many of the exercises are great. Don't expect any clip art on these pages, they are missing the cuteness. This book has become my new go to book when working with kids because they are very basic but have great kid friendly ideas.

Avoid the Kindle Edition
Derived From Web , Jul 25, 2018
It's hard to follow the book as the pages are split into two, so don't bother with the ebook edition. It makes the whole book hard to read. The numbered pages in the edition are not correct. Good luck finding the activity you want to use a second time. The paper format is what it should be, and I bought it. You have to spend some time looking through the activities and changing them for what you need. The book is a great idea. Some people have said that there are spelling errors and that there is better organization. You're bound to find something useful at the 252 pages.
