   Excellent Cookbook
I can 't say enough about this book. The recipes are easy, I already have most of the ingredients and taste fantastic by Golly. Here is another thing : every recipe I have made so far, my guy told me how great they are and how to make them again.

The ingredients are right at your fingertips
Although I have not been officially diagnosed with Celiac disease, I have had trouble with wheat gluten for many years. I was a little nervous that this cookbook would be all about eating lots of meat. I was pleasantly surprised '' with the vegetarian options. I have tried several recipes of Rebecca Toutant's book with much success. My favorite thing so far is the Thai Peanut - Quininoa Salad. What I can say is YUM!
