Great book for my preschooler!

My 3 year old son absolutely loves them. He is obsessed with construction vehicles and these books are helping him learn how to drive them. They are cardboard books so they hold up better.

Nice reading book

It's great to see the book go through the alphabet, Bernadette said. The only minus is the pages are darker than I would expect and the font is also smaller. It's a little hard to read for us older fans.

Disappointed
Derived From Web , Jan 13, 2021
My grandson is a huge fan of construction vehicles and we have some of the other books in this series. By the time they are ready to read their ABCs, they are probably beyond a board book. I would have liked to see this on paper, like the other books in the series. Bigger pages, bigger writing, and more visual focus on the featured letter would definitely improve this book.

LOVE is what I'm talking about. We love goodnight construction site so we knew we'd love this one too. I have some beef with the writer, but I'm working through it, Graham said.

Perfect

This series of books is excellent for our boy. He is very engaged, I let him complete the sentence and he is very happy. This and the Amazon "Stinky and Dirty" cartoons are very similar, he said.

Not so great..
Derived From Web , Dec 21, 2019
I'm surprised by all the positive reviews, this one is a pass for me. We love the other good construction site books, but this one is a stretch. It's not a great ABC book, and the words are so tiny, it's hard to say. It just doesn't flow well and some of the words chosen for the ABCs aren't very smart, it could be so much better. My son lost interest immediately and he has all but devoured the other books. I'd definitely pass on that one.

Great storyline and easy to read!
Derived From Web , Dec 19, 2019
It was my cousin who really enjoyed building things and I ordered this book for her. I wasn't expecting much when I ordered it, but it was worth the wait. He's really into it, said Blair. The storyline is super cute, easy to read and the pictures are great, too. It's a little book, but that didn't matter to me.

Wish the letters were bigger
Derived From Web , Mar 25, 2019
I really wish the letters had been a lot bigger. It's hard to point out to my 2 year old who has been super into learning the alphabet. It doesn't hold his interest as much as the other books.

Terrific addition to the collection - not the best ABC book
Derived From Web , Dec 17, 2018
If anything, I think the prose in this one might be better than the two originals. I just hope everything is okay with Tom Lichtenheld. I couldn't find any information about what had happened to their partnership on the Web site. The book is fine, the artist said. The doctor said my two-year-old didn't notice the difference.
